                    First Holy Communion Class

Classes will be held Feb. 28, March 7, March 21 and April 10 ending with the Bishop's visit on April 11.  Participants must sign up by February 22.  Please contact the office to sign up.

 Book Group

 

Rev. Sarah's Book Group meets approximately quarterly throughout the year. 


Say You’re One of Them by Uwem Akpan is “One of the year’s most exhilarating reads…Awe is the only appropriate response to Uwem Akpan’s stunning debut.”—Entertainment Weekly.  Books are available in the Parish office for $12.00.  Plan to bring a sandwich on Sunday March 21st at noon and share your thoughts about the book.


 Dinner Group

 
Once a month members of St. James meet for dinner at a local restaurant.  All are invited to join the group, just contact the office or the host of the month to make your reservations. 
 
The hostess for the month of February is Stumpy Moore.  Dinner will be at 6 p.m. on February  10th , at the Glass Kitchen in Glasgow.  If you want to join us at the last minute, please just show up.  We can always put another chair at the table.
